Our Story
Belonging changes lives.
The Mosaic Bridge began from a belief that people flourish when they are seen, valued, connected, and supported through life’s transitions.
After decades of leadership in nonprofit, faith-based, educational, and community settings, founder Trecia Reavis recognized a common need. People often struggle not because they lack strength, but because they lack connection, guidance, and support.
Mosaic Bridge was created to help bridge that gap..
Meet
Trecia Reavis
For much of my life,
I’ve been drawn to the spaces
where people, purpose, and possibility intersect.
As a nonprofit leader, executive pastor, community builder, caregiver, and entrepreneur, I’ve spent decades helping individuals and organizations navigate change, solve complex challenges, and build stronger connections. Along the way, I’ve seen a common truth emerge: people flourish when they are seen, valued, connected, and supported.
The Mosaic Bridge was born from that belief.
The idea was shaped not only by my professional experience, but also by personal journeys—walking alongside family members through aging and caregiving, preserving stories and legacies that might otherwise be lost, building communities rooted in belonging, and creating pathways for people to thrive.
I believe every person carries a unique story. Like a mosaic, our lives are made up of distinct pieces—experiences, relationships, challenges, and hopes. And like a bridge, meaningful connection helps us move from where we are to where we hope to be.
Through Mosaic Bridge, I hope to help individuals, families, organizations, and communities cultivate belonging, navigate life’s transitions, and build futures grounded in dignity, connection, and flourishing.
I’m glad you’re here.
